WHAT TO EXPECT

1. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you can't find it, wait 5-10 minutes and check for an email from support@reliefscientists.com. Move the email to your primary tab to ensure you don't miss any important emails.
2. Depending on stock levels, manufacturing can take up to 10-15 days. This is due to the special nature and size of our foot detox device. You are receiving a fully branded, and exclusive Relief Scientists foot detox device. We believe in product quality and 100% guarantee it'll be worth the wait! Depending on stock levels, delivery times can take 6-8 days, or 20-30 days total. We will email you once we ship your order. You will be able to track your order on our website.
3. We ship your order via USPS or 4PX. Once shipped, it will take 6-8 business days to arrive at your doorstep! 

COVID-19 UPDATE

This is a difficult time for everyone and we're working hard to adapt to this new reality!

There is nothing to worry about! We are shipping and operating as normal since we are an online based brand. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the Relief Scientists community - our customers, our team and our partners. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies.

Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.

We're closely communicating with our partners make sure they can supply us with adequate stock levels. We're also glad to report that we're seeing a surge in orders, which means people are loving Very Crate! We appreciate your patience and support during crazy times like these!

Due to the impact of COVID-19 on global logistics, and increased volume of online orders across all countries that we service, our delivery partners are experiencing delivery delays that may impact your order .We do appreciate your patience with our frontline workers as they race to get your deliveries to you safe and sound.

We're experiencing an increase in orders and newly registered customers similar to levels we see during Black Friday Cyber Monday. We usually prepare for Cyber Week months in advance and spend weeks training additional staff. With social distancing and shelter-at-home measures in place, we can't scale up as quickly as we can during our peak season.

We made the decision to temporarily use a slightly slower USPS line and Canada Post line. This is to help our fulfillment teams prioritize regular orders and keep up with the high demand.

People are adjusting to new routines and returning to ecommerce, and weeks-long delays are being felt industry-wide. Our team is determined to keep doing their best and catch up with the order volume. We've been increasing our capacity, looking for more facilities, carefully resuming hiring, and investing in fulfillment. We appreciate that you're with us.

We currently only ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Our shipping partners include USPS, Royal Mail, and Canada Post. Contact us to see the actual shipping label for confirmation!

We are continuing to fulfill orders, although fulfillment time will take longer than our previous maximum of 12 days as delays are being felt across our supply chain and industry-wide.

Yes. We are operating and shipping orders.

Yes, you can expect shipping delays. More countries are limiting passenger flights and closing their borders. While this doesn't directly impact cargo, fewer passenger flights mean fewer transit options for shipments and longer lines at borders.

Delays are being felt industry-wide.

We're also disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for international orders as our carriers can't guarantee fast delivery.

We're in touch with our carriers and they'll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

Shipping price has drastically increased industry-wide due to limited cargo planes, and closed borders. Relief Scientists has to temporarily resort to an alternative line that's slower to keep up with demand and keep shipping costs down for our customers. We will absorb any increase in shipping and keep shipping costs free for customers during these times.

The CDC has reported that COVID-19 does not spread through packages. It is safe to order online. Carriers follow social-distancing practices and use PPE equipment too!

Relief Scientists is doing its best to provide customers free shipping and a discounted price during these times.
